    We have four categories of rooms which are: therapy roomy, massage rooms, beauty rooms and salons.

    This doesn’t mean that a yoga teacher can’t let her space with us.

    It just means that you will have to choose a category that most closely matches your space.

    How much do you charge

    Right now you can advertise your rooms for free which includes unlimited listing.

    Soon after you will be only charged from 7.99 GBP onwards for one monthly listing.

    We also offer bundles that allow you two advertise more than one listing.

    Who uses your service?

    Most of the people that let their rooms through our platform are psychotherapists, massage therapists, beauticians or salon owners.

    You can also be a renter and use our service in order to find a room that is right for you.

    You can message letters directly.

    How do i engage renters?

    Renters will be able to browse our platforms for rooms.

    If they like the look of a listing, they can contact letters through direct message, e-mail, contact form or through many of the other means which we offer.

    You will be notified immediately and will be able to address enquiries most effectively.

    Can i adjust my listings?

    Imagine your listing like a social media profile. Once you register with us you have the option of posting multiple listings.

    Listings can be edited in many ways, ranging from defining the amount of toilets a room has to how many pictures you want to post.

    Our platform is modern and makes any editing of listings very easy.

    Can i pause a listing?

    We want to see you be successful. That’s why you can pause listing, delete them and continue whenever you wish.

    Often people don’t need a listing on our platform once all of their free spaces have been let.

    That’s why pausing a listing is very simple.

    How long do room letters need to respond?

    Letters have an interest in being matched with the right renters.

    If you message clearly stating your intent and why you are messaging them, they are most likely to respond.

    Don’t be shy and find a room that works for you.

    How can i read a private message?

    You will receive an e-mail that someone has messaged you through our platform.

    The beauty is that you won’t even have to log into our platform in order to message back!

    You can just reply to our forwarded e-mail as if you’re answering a normal e-mail and the potential renter will receive your response.
